Leadership Training

"Leadership Training" is an inter-active experience guided by President Hale. It includes zone and district leaders, trainers; present and forthcoming and other invited missionaries. It is focused on a study of the doctrine, principles and their application to missionary work, role playing and always a great lunch (supported wonderfully by our senior couples). It generally lasts for about 6-7 hours including lunch. This training included 50 missionaries. They then are tasked to carry this training throughout the mission; 'getting the water to the end of the row' as President Hale would say. They do it extremely well! This particular training focused on the Doctrine of missionary work, our purpose and revelation through church attendance.
